“FIFA Collect Artist League” - Contest Guidelines

General Guidelines

  1. Originality & Creativity

  • Do: Submit only original works created specifically for this contest. All submissions must be the artist’s own work and should not be copied or plagiarized from any existing content.

  • Don’t: Do not use any images, names, or likenesses of real football players, coaches, teams, or clubs in your submission. All artworks should be inspired by the sport of football without directly referencing specific individuals or entities.

  1. Theme & Relevance

  • Do: Ensure that your submission is clearly related to football, whether through abstract interpretation, direct representation, or thematic connection.

  • Don’t: Avoid submitting works that do not have a clear connection to football or that veer off into unrelated subjects.

  1. Respect for Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Do: Ensure your submission does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You must create original content that does not use existing logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials.

  • Don’t: Do not include any content that uses unauthorized images, names, logos, or other IP from existing football organizations, brands, or media.

Specific IP Guidelines:

FIFA Assets such (for example logo or World Cup trophy) can be used, but the asset itself must not be modified. You may change the background or context, but the design of the asset must remain unaltered. This applies to all official FIFA assets.

- Player Images:

  - Allowed: Depictions of specific moments involving at least 3 characters, rather than individual portraits. Moments depicted involving players must come from FIFA events (World Cup, Women's World Cup, Club World Cup  ecc..)

Can show single players if they're fictitious and not real players, or if the player cannot be identified or the asset doesn't allow player identification.

  - Not Allowed: Individual player portraits or images focusing on fewer than 3 characters.
