What can I find in a pack?

Each pack revolves around a theme and is represented by a collection. Inside, you will find one or more images or moments to collect and/or to get rewards.

On FIFA Collect, each moment is categorized into one of four rarities—Common, Rare, Epic, and Iconic—each indicating the uniqueness and value of the collectible within the platform.

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Packs issued by the Club on FIFA Collect.
User's Responsibility. We remind all users to take responsibility for their decisions during this drop, as rewards in challenges are given on ''first come, first served'' basis. Before making any purchases, always check the availability of packs and collectibles, as inventory is limited and can sell out quickly.
By completing challenge levels, users earn both leaderboard points and (a) collectible(s). Being amongst a limited number of users who complete a challenge level might lead to receiving additional collectibles, in some cases valid as a reward. Having most points on the leaderboard when the leaderboard freezes might lead to receiving additional collectibles, in some cases valid as a reward.
Once a users adds and submits any collectible in a challenge level, this collectible will still remain in the user's collection.
If the collectible also valid as a reward entitles the user to a physical item that requires an international shipment, you may have to pay customs duties and import taxes depending on the items and the destination country. FIFA Collect cannot be held responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, as these are the responsibility of the recipient. As policies and rates vary from country to country and may change regularly, we are unable to provide guidance on these costs. We are not responsible for any import restrictions that may apply in your country.
The information you provide at the time of registration will be shared with the Club to perform the service, as also indicated in our privacy policy.
At the time of registration or when purchasing a pack, users will be asked whether they wish to receive marketing communications regarding FIFA Collect products and services. Consent will be obtained through an unticked checkbox. If you have accepted to receive marketing communication, you will receive them via the email address you have provided.
Users can withdraw their consent at any time by accessing their account settings or using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email and communication.
Communications related to the management of Club packs, coupon expirations, regarding drops of the packs of the same nature as the one purchased and the challenges you have access to through the purchase of the drops are not considered marketing communications and may be sent to all users who have purchased a pack.
In some cases, in order to claim a reward, users must burn a collectible on FIFA Collect. This burning has to take place no later than the date specified on the description of the collectible.
Users who burn the collectible valid as a reward will be contacted by the Club via email.
Only the current holder at the time of burning can claim the right to redeem the reward.
Once a collectible is burned, it can no longer be transferred or sold.
Collectibles valid as a reward are limited and randomly distributed; there is no guarantee of receiving specific collectibles valid as a reward unless indicated otherwise.
If the execution of the rewards is no longer possible for reasons not dependent on FIFA Collect, including but not limited to dismissals, injuries, player transfers, the reward will be replaced with another reward of a similar nature.
FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, which may void any unused cards.
Coupon codes can be only used in a single purchase and they are valid for 30 days for this or any other drop on FIFA Collect.
By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion.
All collectibles, collections and collectibles valid as a reward are governed by the FIFA Collect Terms of Service.
