• These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of packs issued by the Club on FIFA Collect. Packs may contain digital collectibles and, in some cases, reward cards, which entitle the holder to redeem the specific reward indicated on the card.
• By purchasing Club packs, users might receive a reward card.
• If the reward card you receive entitles you to a physical item that requires an international shipment, you may have to pay customs duties and import taxes depending on the items purchased and the destination country. We cannot be held responsible for any customs duties or import taxes, as these are the responsibility of the recipient. As policies and rates vary from country to country and may change regularly, we are unable to provide guidance on these costs. We are not responsible for any import restrictions that may apply in your country.
• The information you provide at the time of registration will be shared with the Club to perform the service, as also indicated in our privacy policy.
• At the time of registration or when purchasing a pack, users will be asked whether they wish to receive marketing communications regarding FIFA Collect products and services. Consent will be obtained through an unticked checkbox. If you have accepted to receive marketing communication, you will receive them via the email address you have provided.
• Users can withdraw their consent at any time by accessing their account settings or using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email and communication.
• Communications related to the management of Club packs, coupon expirations, regarding drops of the packs of the same nature as the one purchased and the challenges you have access to through the purchase of the drops are not considered marketing communications and may be sent to all users who have purchased a pack.
• To claim any reward, users must burn the reward card on FIFA Collect no later than the date specified on the description of the card.
• Users who burn the reward card will be contacted by the Club via email.
• Reward cards can be sold, but only the current holder at the time of burning can claim the right to redeem the rewards.
• Once a reward card is burned, it can no longer be transferred or sold.
• Reward cards are limited and randomly distributed; there is no guarantee of receiving specific reward cards.
• If the execution of the rewards is no longer possible for reasons not dependent on FIFA Collect, including but not limited to dismissals, injuries, player transfers, the reward will be replaced with another reward of a similar nature.
• FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, which may void any unused cards.
• Coupon codes can be only used in a single purchase and they are valid for 30 days for this or any other drop on FIFA Collect.
• By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion.
• All reward cards and collections are governed by the FIFA Collect Terms of Service.
