• Please note that rewards stock is limited, and they will be given on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
• The reward cards given for completing Level 2 grant the user the right to redeem a single pass for a Matchday Experience at one home match of their preference, subject to availability, at Estadio Hidalgo during either the Clausura 2025 or Apertura 2025 tournaments, and a personalized video from a Pachuca player, as detailed on the description of the card.
• To claim the personalized video, users must burn the reward card on FIFA Collect no later than the date specified on the description of the card.
• Users who burn the reward card representing the personalized video will be contacted by CF Pachuca via email.
• To claim the pass to a Matchday Experience, users must burn the reward card on FIFA Collect no later than one week before the specific match date.
• Users who burn the reward card representing the Matchday Experience will be contacted by CF Pachuca via email.
• Reward cards can be sold, but only the current holder at the time of burning can claim the right to redeem the reward.
• Once a reward card is burned, it can no longer be transferred or traded.
• FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, which may void any unused cards.
• By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion.
