• When completing a collection on FIFA Collect, users will receive a random reward card, while supplies last.

• The Surprise Packs contain 3 collectible items. Some of these collectibles are rewards, which may include Right to Buy (RTB) tickets for the FIFA World Cup 26™ and coupons.

• Please note that the RTB stock is limited, and rewards will be given on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

• The reward card grants the user the right to purchase one or two tickets for a specific FIFA World Cup 26™ game, as detailed on the card.

• When the conversion time comes, holders of RTB cards will be notified by email and will need to burn their reward card in order to exercise their right. No action is needed until the email is received.

• Burning the card does not provide free tickets; it only allows the right to purchase two tickets for the specified match at the list price.

• The information you provide at the time of registration will be shared with our partners to perform the service, as also indicated in our privacy policy

• At the time of registration or when purchasing a pack, users will be asked whether they wish to receive marketing communications regarding FIFA Collect products and services. Consent will be obtained through an unticked checkbox. If you have accepted to receive marketing communication you will receive them by the mail address you have provided us.

• Users can withdraw their consent at any time by accessing their account settings or using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email and communication.

• Communications related to the management of reward cards, coupon expirations, RTB and regarding drops of the same nature as the one purchased and the challenges you have access to through the purchase of the drops are not considered marketing and may be sent to all users who have purchased a pack.

• Tickets must be purchased within the provided time after burning the card, or the right will be forfeited.

• All ticket purchases are final, and specific seating is not guaranteed.

• Reward cards can be sold, but only the current holder at the time of burning can claim the right to purchase tickets.

• Once a reward card is burned, it can no longer be transferred or traded.

• Reward cards are limited and randomly distributed; there is no guarantee of receiving cards for specific matches.

• FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, which may void any unused cards.

• Coupon codes can be only used in a single purchase and they are valid for 30 days.

• By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion.

• All tickets are subject to FIFA’s standard ticketing terms and conditions.

• All reward card and collections are governed by the FIFA Collect Terms of Service.
