• These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Standard Packs on FIFA Collect. Standard Packs contain only digital content, such as videos or images of matches, and do not include rewards, reward cards, or any Right to Buy (RTB) benefits.

• By purchasing a Standard Pack, users acknowledge that they will receive only the specified digital collectibles and that no additional benefits, such as ticket purchase rights or other rewards, are associated with this pack.

• The right to purchase Standard Packs is limited and subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The information you provide at the time of registration will be shared with our partners to fulfill the purposes of the service, as also indicated in our privacy policy.

• At the time of registration or when purchasing a package, users will be asked whether they wish to receive marketing communications regarding FIFA Collect products and services. Consent will be obtained through an unticked checkbox. If you have accepted to receive marketing communication, you will receive them via the email address you have provided.

• Users can withdraw their consent at any time by accessing their account settings or using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email and communication.

• Communications regarding the availability of new Standard Packs, coupon expirations, drops of the same nature as the one purchased and the challenges you have access to through the purchase of the drops are not considered marketing communications and may be sent to all users who have purchased a pack.

• By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion.

• All purchases are final, and FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time.

• All collections and transactions on FIFA Collect are governed by the FIFA Collect Terms of Service.
