Ready to score your first digital collectible? Whether you’re chasing the latest pack or trading with other fans in the Marketplace, buying on FIFA Collect is fast, flexible, and secure. Here’s how to get started:
How to Buy a Pack
Purchasing packs is a very simple process, and here’s how to do it:
- Browse Packs: Visit the Drops page to see what’s available.
- Click on a Pack: Every drop is different. Click on a pack to see the specific collectibles and Right-To-Buy (RTB) opportunities inside. This is the best way to know what you can get.
- Buy Now: Click “Buy Now”, enter your card details at checkout, and your pack is instantly added to your collection.
Prefer Crypto? You can also pay with USDC using your MetaMask or WalletConnect wallets.
Tip: Drops can sell out fast—be ready when they go live!
How to Buy on the Marketplace
To buy collectibles from other fans in the Marketplace, you’ll need to add USDC to your FIFA Collect Balance, either with Coinify, or from a supported crypto wallet.
Let’s see how it works:
Coinify
If you don’t hold a crypto wallet, Coinify enables you to transfer funds from your bank, directly to USDC in your FIFA Collect balance.
1. Go to the My Wallet page, from the drop-down banner under your username
2. From there, click Add Balance, and select “Card and Bank Options (Coinify)”
3. You will then be requested to “Open Coinify”. A pop up will open, asking you to fill in the amount you wish to add to your balance, followed by a short verification process and the option to use your bank details to complete the transfer.
Coinify will take care of transferring your funds into USDC and delivering it to your FIFA Collect account. The process may take up to 30 minutes so plan ahead!
Supported Wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect)
1. Go to the My Wallet page, from the drop-down banner under your username
2. From there, click Add Balance, and select “USDC”
3. You will then be asked to connect your wallet, either with MetaMask, or through WalletConnect. Follow on-screen instructions to proceed.
4. Once your wallet is connected, transfer the amount of USDC desired to your FIFA Collect account. Ensure you have a small amount of AVAX (usually 0.008 AVAX) to cover the transaction fee.
Direct Transfer to Your FIFA Collect Wallet Address
1. Otherwise, you can transfer USDC directly to your FIFA Collect address by using your address code found in “My Profile”.
2. From there, copy your address code, and paste it in your preferred crypto exchange.
Make sure you send USDC and run the transaction on the AVAX (Avalanche-C) Chain. It is recommended to transfer a small sum to ensure it is being done correctly.
Warning: Sending funds on other Chains will result in lost assets.
Withdrawing or Removing Balance
Want to cash out your FIFA Collect Balance? You can withdraw your Balance back to your crypto wallet anytime from the My Wallet page by clicking “Cash Out”.
Before you start, here’s what you need to know:
- Profile Verification: Make sure you’ve completed your profile verification for security reasons.
- You’ll Need a Crypto Wallet: A crypto wallet is a secure app (like MetaMask or WalletConnect) that lets you store and manage your digital assets.
- Set Your Wallet to Avalanche C-Chain: Make sure your wallet is set to the Avalanche C-Chain network. This is required for withdrawals from FIFA Collect.
- What is a Wallet Address? Your wallet address is a long string of letters and numbers that lets us know where to send your funds. You’ll find your wallet address in your crypto wallet app. Copy and paste it when prompted.
- Minimum Withdrawal: You need at least $1 in your account to withdraw (for referral rewards, the minimum is $50).
Important: Withdrawals are sent in USDC on the Avalanche C-Chain. If you want to send funds to a crypto exchange, make sure the exchange accepts Avalanche C-Chain deposits.
Once your funds arrive in your wallet, you can keep them there, transfer to another wallet, or move them to an exchange to swap for your local currency.
