Before You Start

Verify your exchange supports USDC withdrawals on Avalanche network. If not, STOP HERE. Do not attempt to improvise or use a different network.

Check Your Exchange

Log into your exchange and navigate to the USDC withdrawal page. Before proceeding, verify:

•       The token is listed as USDC

•       The network dropdown explicitly shows "Avalanche" or "AVAX C-Chain"

 

If Avalanche is not listed as a withdrawal network option, your exchange does not support this method. Contact FIFA Collect support for alternative deposit methods.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Get Your FIFA Collect Deposit Address

Copy your USDC deposit address (it will look like: 0x1234...abcd) (in the section Add Balance)  

Step 2: Go to Your Exchange

2.    Log into your centralized exchange (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, etc.)

3.    Navigate to Withdraw / Send

4.    Select USDC as the token

5.    Paste your FIFA Collect deposit address in the recipient field

 

Step 3: Select the Correct Network ⚠️

This is the most critical step. Getting this wrong may result in a permanent loss of your funds.

6.    In the network/chain dropdown, select: Avalanche / AVAX C-Chain

 

Verify it is NOT:

•       Ethereum (ERC-20)

•       Polygon (MATIC)

•       Arbitrum

•       Optimism

•       Solana

•       "Auto" or "Smart" network selection

 

Step 4: Enter the Amount

7.    Enter the amount of USDC you want to deposit

8.    Check the withdrawal fee (exchanges deduct this from your amount)

9.    Verify the minimum withdrawal amount requirements

 

Example: If you enter 100 USDC and the fee is 2 USDC, FIFA Collect will receive 98 USDC.

Step 5: Review and Confirm

Before clicking confirm, verify ONE MORE TIME:

•       Token: USDC ✓

•       Network: Avalanche (C-Chain) ✓

•       Recipient address matches your FIFA Collect address ✓

•       Amount is correct (accounting for fees) ✓

 

10. Click Confirm/Withdraw

11. Complete any 2FA or email confirmation required by your exchange

 

Step 6: Wait for Confirmation

Once you confirm the withdrawal, the exchange will process and broadcast the transaction to the Avalanche network.

•       Typical processing time: 1-5 minutes

•       Your USDC will appear automatically in FIFA Collect once confirmed on the blockchain

•       No manual approval needed

•       No support ticket required

 

You can track the transaction status in your exchange's withdrawal history or on Avalanche's block explorer (SnowTrace).

Best Practice: Test First

Troubleshooting

My exchange doesn't show Avalanche as a network option

Not all exchanges support USDC withdrawals on Avalanche. You have two options:

•       Use a different exchange that supports Avalanche

•       Contact FIFA Collect support for alternative deposit methods

 

How long should I wait?

Typical delivery time is 1-5 minutes. If it takes longer:

•       Check your exchange withdrawal status (it might still be processing)

•       Verify the transaction on SnowTrace (Avalanche block explorer)

•       If confirmed on-chain but not showing in FIFA Collect after 10 minutes, contact support

 

I sent to the wrong network by mistake

Unfortunately, if you sent USDC on a different network (e.g., Ethereum instead of Avalanche), the funds are permanently lost. There is no recovery mechanism. Always verify the network before confirming.
