    Giveaway Period: Friday 29 June 2023 at 00:01 Zurich, Switzerland time until Sunday 31 December 2023 at 23:59 Zurich, Switzerland time. 
    How to enter: Visit FIFA+ Collect’s poster series page and be amongst the first 1,000 participants to collect all 10 variants of a specific city poster or all 10 variants for the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ tournament poster to win!
    Prize: A voucher to be redeemed on www.FIFAStore.com in exchange for a free official FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ tournament poster (the “Poster”). There are 1000 vouchers available.

    c)    Collect all 10 variants of a specific city poster OR all 10 variants of the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ tournament poster by purchasing NFT drops on  https://collect.fifa.com/drops/posters-1-drop;
    d)    Confirm your wish to receive the Poster when prompted via email; and
    e)    Provide FIFA with relevant details when prompted.

    Full Terms & Conditions
    We are the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, a company registered in Switzerland with our registered office at FIFA Strasse 20, P.O. Box, 8044, Zürich Switzerland (“FIFA”, “we”, “our” or “us”). 
    These competition terms (“Terms”) apply to the ‘FWWC 2023 Official Tournamant Poster Giveaway’ (the “Giveaway”). The Terms apply to you if (i) you participate in the Giveaway and (ii) you are located in a country other than Austria, mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Czech Republic, France, Greece, Italy, Japan, Portugal, Russia, Spain or South Korea (“Excluded Countries”). By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by, these Terms. 
    1.    Eligibility. You can only take part in the Giveaway if:

    a)    You have a valid FIFA+ Collect account;
    b)    You are at least 18 years of age at the date of entry into the Giveaway and of legal age in your country of residence; and you are not an Excluded Person.

    You are an “Excluded Person” and unable to participate in the Giveaway if you are: a director, officer, employee, contractor or agent of FIFA (including any of our subsidiaries) (each a “FIFA Person”), or you are a member of the immediate family (including spouses, partners, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren or children) of any FIFA Person.

    2.    Prize: A voucher to be redeemed on www.FIFAStore.com in exchange for a free official FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ tournament poster (the “Poster”). There are 1000 vouchers available.

    3.    All costs and expenses not explicitly stated above as comprising part of the Prize shall be the winner’s sole responsibility. An example of such excluded costs and expenses includes (without limitation): any customs and/or duties incurred in receiving the Poster, insurance and taxes. 

    4.    The Poster is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason FIFA communicates that you have won and the Poster is not available, we reserve the right to substitute that element for another of equal or greater value, or a cash alternative, in our sole discretion.

    5.    Participation Criteria. In order to participate in the Giveaway:

    a)    If you have not already done so, register on FIFA+ Collect on https://collect.fifa.com/signup
    b)    Navigate to the FIFA+ Collect poster series page on https://collect.fifa.com/my/posters;
    c)    Collect all 10 variants of a specific city poster OR all 10 variants of the Official FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ tournament poster by purchasing NFT drops on  https://collect.fifa.com/drops/posters-1-drop;
    d)    Provide FIFA with relevant details when prompted.

    6.    You are (subject always to the Terms) able to enter the Giveaway multiple times.

    7.    Timings. The Giveaway will be active from Friday 29 June 2023 at 00:01 Zurich, Switzerland time and will end on Sunday 31 December 2023 at 23:59 Zurich, Switzerland time (the “Closing Date”).

    8.    Selection & announcement of the winners. After the Closing Date, the first 1,000 prizes for eligible participants will be provided with vouchers to be redeemed for a Poster. 

    9.    We will notify the winners via the email address associated with their FIFA+ Collect account within five (5) calendar days after the final match of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™. In the event a winner is disqualified or does not respond within 24 hours of receiving the corresponding email communication from FIFA, we will select another winner using the process at paragraph 5 above.

    10.    Once we have verified the winner’s eligibility pursuant to paragraph 9 above, we will provide the Poster voucher digitally by October 1st 2023 to the email address associated with their FIFA+ Collect account together with instructions on how to redeem the prize. 

    11.    Small print. We always want to offer fair and transparent competitions, free from abuse or cheating. If you enter the Giveaway in a way that is contrary to these Terms, your entry or entries will be disqualified, any voucher awarded may be withdrawn or voided, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering any future competitions or promotions for a period of at least twelve (12) months. 

    12.    In order to ensure fairness, we reserve the right at any point during the Giveaway to:
    a.    verify the eligibility of participants and provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary. Entry to the Giveaway or delivery of the Poster may be withheld unless and until verification is completed to our satisfaction;
    b.    disqualify entries made using anonymous email services or submitted by macros or other automated means;
    c.    disqualify entries that appear to be, but are not in fact, made directly by you, including any entries that use techniques such as masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than your own, or any other means; and
    d.    disqualify entries which do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms.
    13.    We will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with any of our obligations in these Terms for reasons beyond our reasonable control or reasons beyond the reasonable control of our sub-contractors.

    14.    If we cannot run the Giveaway as planned for reasons beyond our reasonable control or for reasons which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, we reserve the right to: (i) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms; and/or (ii) invalidate any affected entries; and/or (iii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway.

    15.    We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any incorrect or inaccurate information you provide or any entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected or which cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We do not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Giveaway page.

    16.    Any personal data you supply in connection with the Giveaway will be used by us solely for the purpose of the Giveaway. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy at https://www.fifa.com/data-protection-portal.

    17.    Subject always to the Terms, our decision in connection with the Giveaway shall be final and binding.

    18.    If any part of these Terms is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

    19.    Any claim or dispute relating to the Giveaway or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary Court of the Canton of Zurich.  You and we agree that the Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland to the exclusion of its rules on conflict of laws.
