Guidelines: How to Convert Your RTB (Right-to-Buy) into an RTT (Right-to-Ticket)

Convert your Right-to-Buy (RTB) collectible into a Right-to-Ticket (RTT) by following the simple steps below.
Please read all notes carefully to ensure a smooth conversion experience.

Stage 1: Access the Conversion Page

Go to Redeem → Convert RTB.

You will see four sections:
a. All – Displays all your RTBs.
b. To Burn – RTBs that must be burned before conversion.
c. To Convert – RTBs ready for conversion after being burned.
d. Already Converted – RTBs that have already been converted into RTTs.
Stage 2: Burn Your RTB
You can burn your RTB in two ways:

From My Collectibles, open each RTB and press Burn, or
-
From the Convert RTB page, click STEP 1: BURN YOUR RTB next to each RTB.
Note:

If a collectible has already been burned, STEP 1: BURN YOUR RTB will appear highlighted in green.

You can then proceed directly to STEP 2 : CHOOSE YOUR CATEGORY to purchase your Right-to-Ticket collectible.
Stage 3: Choose Your Category
Once your RTB is burned, press Step 2: Choose Your Category next to each RTB.
Note:

If your RTB has multiple editions, they will be listed below each other.

By pressing STEP 2 : CHOOSE YOUR CATEGORY once, all editions of that RTB will be visible in the next step.

In the next screen, you can decide whether to use your Right-to-Buy for all or only some editions.
- If you hold an RTB valid for two tickets, you may choose to convert both or only one. However, please note that if you choose to convert only one ticket, the second ticket will be forfeited and cannot be converted or recovered at a later stage.
If you wish to convert multiple RTBs at the same time (within the 5-minute window):

After burning all of them, go to the To Convert section.

Select the RTBs you want to convert (all or a selection).

Press the Convert button — this will redirect you to the purchase page.
Stage 4: Confirm Category and Payment
In this step, you will:

Select your preferred ticket category by pressing the “+” next to each RTB.

Press Continue and select your payment method to complete your purchase.
Important Note:

Seat selection is not available during RTB conversion.

Ahead of final ticket issuance, you will be contacted to note any seating requirements as well as special access needs. No action is needed at this stage.

Detailed instructions on how to retrieve your final ticket(s) will be sent via email closer to the event.
Stage 5: Retrieve Your Pack
After your payment is confirmed, your new pack(s) will appear under My Collection → My Packs.
Open the pack by pressing Open to view your Right-to-Ticket collectible(s).
Important Notes:

Right-to-Ticket packs cannot be gifted.

Right-to-Ticket collectibles can be traded on the FIFA collect marketplace

In May/June 2026, holders of RTTs will be able to convert them into actual tickets, which will be issued via the FIFA Tournament App (as in previous tournaments).

These tickets will be held and transferable in accordance with FIFA’s official ticketing rules.

The assignee’s email does not need to match the RTT holder’s FIFA Collect account email.

Once a ticket has been assigned to an email, it cannot be reversed.

Conversion after the designated time window will not be possible — ensure your conversion is completed on time.

Any RTT not converted within the window will remain as a collectible.
