Accessibility Ticket Categories - (FIFA Official Standard)

FIFA defines three main accessibility ticket categories:

  • Wheelchair User: For individuals who use wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or assistive devices. In some cases (e.g., U.S. venues), this may also include individuals with non-visible disabilities such as heart or respiratory conditions.
  • Easy Access Standard: For individuals with limited mobility who do not require a wheelchair but benefit from step-free or simplified access.
  • Easy Access Amenity: For individuals who need accessible seating with proximity to stadium amenities (e.g., restrooms, concessions) or reduced walking distances.

Each ADA ticket may include a companion seat if required. The accompanying guest must also hold a valid RTT.

Please note that the exact categories and eligibility criteria may vary slightly by country or venue, and not all definitions (e.g., non-visible disabilities) apply uniformly across all locations.


Important Responsibility Notice

ADA seating is reserved for guests who meet the eligibility criteria at the time of the match. If your condition is temporary or does not apply on match day, you should not request this seating.

Please note that FIFA reserves the right to deny entry or cancel tickets if the assigned ADA category is incorrect, or the guest is not eligible.

All guests are responsible for ensuring their requests are accurate. FIFA Collect will not be held liable for denied entry or ticket cancellation due to ineligible requests.

Deadline: if you qualify for any of the above ADA accessibility categories, please reach out to [email protected] latest by Thursday 30th of April so we can request FIFA ticketing availability for conversion of your tickets.
