• By completing a level on the Fan Tricolor challenge, users will receive a random reward card.
• Please note that rewards stock is limited, and they will be given on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
• The reward card given for completing Level 1 grants the user the right to redeem two tickets to a specific Rio de Janeiro derby of Fluminense during the Campeonato Brasileiro 2025, as detailed on the description of the card.
• The reward card given for completing Level 2 grants the user the right to redeem one single pass to a Matchday Experience to a specific Rio de Janeiro derby of Fluminense Campeonato Brasileiro 2025, or an Official 2024 Fluminense jersey signed by the team, or a personalized video from Thiago Silva, as detailed on the description of the card.
• To claim the signed jersey, or a personalized video, users must burn the reward card on FIFA Collect no later than the date specified on the description of the card.
• Users who burn the reward cards representing the signed jersey or a personalized video will be contacted by Fluminense FC via email.
• To claim the tickets or the pass to a Matchday Experience to a specific Rio de Janeiro derby of Fluminense FC, users must burn the reward card on FIFA Collect no later than two weeks before the specific match date.
• Users who burn the reward cards representing the tickets or a Match Day Experience to a specific Rio de Janeiro derby of Fluminense will be contacted by Fluminense FC via email.
• Reward cards can be sold, but only the current holder at the time of burning can claim the right to redeem the reward.
• Once a reward card is burned, it can no longer be transferred or traded.
• Reward cards are limited and randomly distributed; there is no guarantee of receiving cards for specific matches, or the signed jersey, or a personalized video.
• FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, which may void any unused cards.
• By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion.
