Football is more than just a sport - it's a canvas for artistic expression, a medium for storytelling, and a platform to celebrate passion. This November, FIFA Collect invites you to experience "The Art of Football" - a month-long event that explores the intersection of the beautiful game and unique artistry, beginning with a celebration of football's most iconic venues. 

Art of Football – What is it?

Throughout the month, four artists will showcase four unique drops, leading up to a grand finale challenge where you can unlock incredible rewards. Each artist brings their own distinctive vision to the beautiful game, creating pieces that celebrate football's past, present, and future. 

What’s in it for me? 

  • Collect unique art pieces to add to your collection 

  • Get rewarded with RTBs to buy at least 480 tickets for the group phase of the FIFA World Cup 26™  

  • Get rewarded with 100 rare tickets memorabilia from previous World Cups  

  • More rewards will be added in the coming weeks 

Most of the rewards will be given based on leaderboard ranking in the grand finale, and the top 5 will be featured in a FIFA email reaching millions of fans.


The Grand Finale: A Unique Showdown with Incredible Rewards 

The Art Month Grand Finale Challenge is set to bring a truly unique test of your Collecting skills. Get ready for an epic challenge where you’ll create your ultimate team using moments from the FIFA Collect platform.

What’s New:

The details for the Grand Finale are now final! The challenge will feature:

  • Level 1: 4 slots for collectibles, one from each of the Art Week drops, regardless of rarity.
  • Level 2: 11 slots to be filled with moments from players in a 3-4-3 formation (plus a goalkeeper moment).

How Does It Work?

 

 

  1. Own at least one collectible from each of the four Art Week drops to be able to submit the challenge.
  2. Create your fantasy 11: Build the strongest team using your collectibles. Player positions will be tagged, allowing you to choose from 1 goalkeeper, 3 defenders, 4 midfielders, and 3 forwards. Women’s collectibles are included.
  3. Rarity and edition matter: The rarity and edition count of each collectible will impact your score and therefore your leaderboard position, so choose wisely.
  4. No restrictions: While we recommend not using duplicates in challenges, the platform will allow them if desired.

Imagine where football could take place one day. In our inaugural drop, the artist Felipe Sarmiento transports you beyond Earth to imagine where the beautiful game might be played in centuries to come. His visionary stadium designs span cosmic realms - from Mars to Venus, the Moon, and even worlds yet undiscovered.  

These stadiums are a piece of art that will play a key role in your collection, continuing with the Grand Finale challenge where it will be one of the needed elements, and then in future activations and challenges.  

About the Artist:

Felipe Sarmiento is a multidisciplinary artist and designer with a passion for exploring the intersections of technology and society. With a background in emerging technologies and experience in both traditional and digital media, Felipe creates thought-provoking works that challenge conventional perspectives on human interactions. This visual essay created for FIFA narrates and visualizes a plausible evolution of football beyond Earth.

 


Week 2: Football Unites EveryoneNl Stadiu M2

Imagined by the renowned artist and cartoonist Omar Momani, week 2 of the Art of Football brings you a very powerful theme: Football Unites. It unites people and culture, all of them getting around an essential element: football.

Follow the ball as it moves through the different continents, cherished by the different cultures that make our planet and this sport so special. The ball is an essential element of the game, and we wanted to make it the protagonist of this drop and this challenge. Collect the balls designed by the artist and complete them with existing moments played with 5 iconic balls from past editions of the FIFA World Cup™: Azteca, Fevernova, Teamgeist, Jabulani, Al Rihla. In "The Art of Football" month, owning a ball in FIFA Collect becomes essential to building your personal collection and participating in exclusive challenges leading to the grand finale challenge.

About the artist:  
 

Omar Momani (born April 25, 1981) is a Jordanian cartoonist and animator known for his football-themed editorial cartoons featured on platforms such as Goal, Bundesliga, and Bleacher Report. Starting in 2010, he gained recognition for his humorous takes on football, leading to collaborations with major outlets. He was nominated for Best International Football Blog multiple times and spoke at TEDx in 2024.

This drop captures the vibrant spirit of Latin American football through breathtaking artwork that goes beyond the pitch to showcase its fans, traditions, and everyday moments. 

Celebrate Latin America’s Legacy and Prepare for the Grand Finale

Your collection of Latin American-inspired collectibles will hold lasting value. At least one collectible from this drop will be required for the grand finale challenge at the end of the month.

About the Artist: Octavio Medina, hailing from Mexico, brings a unique perspective to this series, capturing the essence and vibrancy of Latin American football culture through his stunning artworks.

 

 

Terms & Conditions: 

  • By completing a collection on FIFA Collect, users will receive a random reward card. 
  • Please note that Reward Packs are limited, and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. 
  • Some of the reward card grants the user the right to purchase two tickets for a specific FIFA World Cup 26™ group phase game, as detailed on the card. 
  • To claim this right, users must burn the reward card on FIFA Collect. Burning means permanently removing the card from the user's digital wallet. This process is irreversible and is done to claim the associated benefit. 
  • Burning the card does not provide free tickets; it only allows the right to purchase two tickets for the specified match. 
  • Tickets must be purchased within the provided time after burning the card, or the right will be forfeited. 
  • All ticket purchases are final, and specific seating is not guaranteed. 
  • Reward cards can be traded or sold, but only the current holder at the time of burning can claim the right to purchase tickets. 
  • Once a reward card is burned, it can no longer be transferred or traded. 
  • Each user can claim tickets for only one group phase game per card. 
  • Reward cards are limited and randomly distributed; there is no guarantee of receiving cards for specific matches. 
  • FIFA Collect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, which may void any unused cards. 
  • By participating, users agree to these terms, which may change at FIFA’s sole discretion. 
  • All tickets are subject to FIFA’s standard ticketing terms and conditions. 
  • All reward cards and collections are subject to the FIFA Collect Terms of Service.
