The Surprise Pack is a pack format that mixes collectibles and rewards.
Each surprise pack contains 3 random collectibles. In more than 10% of packs you will be able to find rewards like coupons and bundles for Club World Cup Tickets 2025™ and World Cup 26™ Rights to buy a ticket up to semifinal.

The actual tickets will be pushed into the FIFA tournament app following the conversion process, allowing holders to transfer them as far as in compliance with FIFA ticketing guidelines.

- Rewards: The new Surprise Drop exclusively features tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, which will grant holders a collectible item that can be converted into 1 or 2 tickets (as detailed on the card) for the specified match of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™. In addition, this collectible will make the holder eligible for an airdrop of an RTB (Right to Buy) 1 or 2 tickets (as detailed on the card) for a FIFA World Cup™ 2026 match. Once the conversion time arrives, holders of the collectible will be notified by email and will need to burn their collectible NFT in order to convert it into the physical ticket for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ match. The holder will also be eligible to receive the RTB airdrop for a specified FIFA World Cup™ 2026 match.

- RTB tickets and reward cards are linked: Holders of a reward card with a Combo Reward will be able to claim both the FIFA Club World Cup ticket and the FIFA World Cup 26 RTB for the specified matches. Once a reward card is burned, holders can access the RTB ticket associated with the specified FIFA World Cup 26™ match.

- When the conversion time comes, holders of RTB cards will be notified by email and will need to burn their reward card in order to exercise their right to buy the tickets at the list sale price. No action is needed until the email is received.

- Burning the card does not provide free tickets; it only allows the right to purchase two tickets for the specified match at the relevant list price.

- The information you provide at the time of registration will be shared with our partners to fulfill the purposes of the service, as also indicated in our privacy policy

- At the time of registration or when purchasing a pack, users will be asked whether they wish to receive marketing communications regarding FIFA Collect products and services. Consent will be obtained through an unticked checkbox. If you have accepted to receive marketing communication you will receive them by the mail address you have provided us.

- Users can withdraw their consent at any time by accessing their account settings or using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email and communication.
