To claim your personalized video message, you must burn the reward card no later than April 30, 2025. Club León will contact the user who burns the reward card within 10 days after April 30, 2025 to coordinate the next steps.

To burn a reward card:

1. Select ‘Redeem’ from the menu at the top of your screen.
2. Choose ‘Burn’ and then select the specific reward card you want to burn.
3. Toggle the switch to ‘Burn’ and click the pink field labeled ‘View my burn pile.’
4. Review your selection carefully.
5. Toggle the switch confirming that you understand burning is permanent, and click ‘Burn ’em.’

In the meantime, this reward card can be sold on the marketplace.
